• Don’t use comments or replies to try to sell your stuff.
• Pay attention to who comments or replies to your posts. Consider trying to pull them into a conversation off of LinkedIn.
• Use their names in your comments and replies. People love to see their names in comments or replies.
• Engage at least 4 times more often than you post.

• Minimize making the posts all about you or your business (<10%).
